Part-Time Hybrid BCBA (Telehealth/In-Person) - Fresno At Elemy

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Elemy in this position you will be primarily doing the following:

• Managing the initial and annual re-assessments of children in your caseload
• Implementing treatment plans for the family and insurance companies
• Providing supervision of RBTs while present
• Provide parent training sessions
• Create timely documentation with the necessary information to support procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
• Communication with treatment team and clients in accordance with industry standards
• Insure computer access confidentially following HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate use of social media
• Coordinate with other service providers
• Adhere to company policies and practices for BCBA contractors, including participating in any required trainings
• Be adaptable to changes in schedule and environment

Required:

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
• Valid BCBA Certification
• Applicable license to practice within the state hired
• Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
• Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Successful completion of a background check
• Be willing to travel as needed
