BCBAs will conduct/perform:
a) Initial assessments and Re-Assessments. Gather clinical material to complete assessments.
b) Review and approval the clinical documentation listed below and ensure that the information is complete and accurate: Data Collection of maladaptive behaviors and replacements/skills acquisitions; RBT Daily Notes RBT Competency; Monthly Progress Report; Caregiver Competency
c) Monitoring and assessment of the recipient's progress toward goals in the behavior plan.
d) Training of the recipient's family, caregivers, and other individuals involved in implementing the behavior plan and intervention strategies.
e) Implement behavior analysis interventions.
f) BCaBA Supervision or RBT Supervision, according to the BACB requirements.
g) Use of Automated ABA Systems.
h) Compliance with the Ethics Code of Behavior Analysis.
i) Timely submission of written reports. (Daily Notes, monthly progress report, competencies, services log, invoice, others.)
j) BCBA/BCaBA is responsible for maintaining up to date all in-services required to provide the Behavior Analysis Services (BAS).
k) Follow the Code of Ethics for Behavior Analysis.
L) Bilingual Speaker (English/Spanish) Highly Preferred
