This is ABA position includes the following responsibilities:
- Helping children learn how to communicate, play, and learn
- Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) on how to provide therapy for the children and their families
- Review behavior plans and other documentation developed by behavior analysts for patients for implementation with monitoring of desired outcomes
- Record daily progress notes related to intervention plan
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential or willingness to obtain certification after job offer and before your start date
- Enroll and complete courses within the first 30 days of the job offer
- Have a caring love of children
A Plus but not a requirement would be bachelor’s in psychology.

- Same pay rate for hours worked both billable and non-billable
- Starting pay of $15.00 per hour with an increase to $16.00 upon RBT certification
