*JOB OVERVIEW: The CORE Team Lead is responsible for direct therapy with children enrolled in the Center’s daily Creating Opportunities for Relating and Engaging program (CORE). This position reports to the CORE Clinical Director (BCBA). ______________________________________________________________________________________ *RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-integrity clinical services with fidelity to the CFA determined clinical model to clients within the assigned treatment setting • Responsible for providing direct coaching and supervision to the Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and other support staff within the treatment room; complete timely documentation of supervision according to CFA procedures and regulatory requirements • Continuously assess effectiveness of treatment interventions and change/modify interventions, as necessary to achieve desired outcomes • Responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining physical environment of program room • Shared responsibility for planning, organizing and maintaining of shared program spaces • Responsible for contributing to development of the treatment plan and treatment plan implementation • Responsible for timely documentation of accurate daily data collection materials • Audit progress notes on a daily basis for billing purposes • Ensure mentoring, modeling and accountability to new employees and team members without supervisor responsibility • Facilitate and write weekly room activity schedule and distribute to team for review, including special activities • Submit orders for and maintain equipment for program room • Ensure timely completion and accuracy of clinical assessments • Coordinate with team and CORE Assistant Director to plan for coverage issues • Ensure daily data is collected accurately via the rating form, including comments • Cover for billing in the absence of other staff • Clearly communicate information to team, supervisors, and families • Complete weekly reports regarding events in the program room and with the children • Participate in the interview and onboarding process of new employees, as directed • Participate in team meetings • Other duties as assigned by supervisors *SKILLS: • Ability to effectively engage with individuals of diverse cultures and backgrounds • Ability to effectively communicate with adults and children, using verbal, non-verbal and written communication • Ability to effectively utilize electronic health record • Physical ability to lift 30 pounds, engage in clinical interventions on the floor, and ambulate at a rate that exceeds client population • Able to move (repeatedly) from a standing to kneeling position and back • Detail oriented; ability to meet deadlines and adhere to schedules *EXPERIENCE: • One year, full-time, post-Master’s direct care of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder under 21 years of age experience (preferred) • One year of Supervisory experience (preferred) *EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: o Education/Experience: o Be licensed in this Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have one of the following: i. A certification as a BCaBA or other undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute. ii. A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or the equivalent from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services. iii. A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. o Clearances:  Pennsylvania State Criminal History Report, Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Criminal History Report
