Job Description
We are actively looking for a full-time entry-level Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to join our team at the Cyzner Institute, an accredited day school and therapeutic center for children with autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health needs. We just completed our 21st year and are heading into our 22nd!
As a BCBA you will have the opportunity to work amongst a team of multidisciplinary professionals all employing best practice including but not limited to ABA and sensory based as well as relationship based approaches. Our service delivery model is highly customized so we are looking for someone who is innovative, works well in a fast paced environment, and can work with leads such as Teachers, BCBA’s, Occupational Therapists and curriculum specialists who plan the programs and delegate responsibilities to other staff in the classroom/group settings as well as in the 1:1 setting.
Duties:
- Behavioral observations, development of BIPS, and responding to emergent behavior-based needs during program hours
- Data collection/input/analysis
- Assisting with treatment plan development including goals and objectives/graphs with updates
- Management of materials needed for programs/service delivery including notebooks for new clients and the LINKS program
- Clipboard/daily report management (morning or afternoon)
- Scoring of assessments such as the Vineland III
- Assist with parent training sessions
- Distribution of information to other RBTs such as updates to DDS, treatment plans, and modeling of techniques
