Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise behavioral therapists on assigned cases
- Develop ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans
- Analyze data and prepare reports on progress and strategies
- Collaborate with parents and case managers to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification from the BACB (Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus)
- Experience working with children with autism
