ABOUT US
Our job is to empower you and do everything we can to make your work life enjoyable, and to help you best serve your clients. We value your expertise, your experience, and your feedback. We focus closely on creating connections and collaborative work relationships with both your local team and with team members across the country. Everyone at TBH is always there to answer questions and share their knowledge every step of the way. We know we have a lot to learn from you and we’re eager for your background and experiences to shape ours.

We will create free opportunities for you to continue learning and developing naturally, flexibly, and in a way that caters to your interests. We provide clinical structure (e.g., hundreds of skill acquisition program templates, clinical quality guidance, report templates), but not so much that you don’t have freedom to individualize your treatment approach.
