As a BCBA in this position you will be providing the following:
- Oversee and lead the ABA Program for school system
- Poovide Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to students
- When necessary create and provide parent training and support programs
- Provide supervision of Behavior Technicians & Instructional Assistants, eith in-person or virtual
- Oversee and encourage Behavior Technicians & Instructional Assistants
- Create and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans
- Use Elemy National Coding, Billing, and Insurance Teams to Meet Payor Requirements and submission deadlines
- Provide support and training as needed to RBTs and BCBAs
What You'll Need:
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA, with supervisory roles preferred
- Experience in school-based settings
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
