As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Elemy your responsibilities will include the following:
- Initial and annual re-assessments of children on caseload
- Developing of treatment plans for both the family and insurance companies' needs
- Providing when present case supervision of RBTs
- Leading parent training sessions
- Provide documentation of necessary information for support of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission in a timely manner
- Providing treatment team and clients with communication in accordance with industry standards
- Keeping computer access confidentially, appropriately following HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate use of social media
- Coordinate with other service providers
- adhering to company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, including participating in any required trainings
- Be ablt to adapt to changes in schedule and environment
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to travel as needed
