This BCBA position with Elemy allows you to use many of your skills sets in the treatment of your clients
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assessments of children in the caseloads that include initial and annual re-assessments
- Create treatment plans that meet the needs to the family and meet insurance company requirements
- Provide case supervision of RBTs
- Conduct parent training sessions when needed
- Complete documentation in a timely manner that provides the information for procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
- Provide on-going communication to the clients and treatment team in accordance with industry standards
- Utilize appropriate computer access confidentiality that follows HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate social media use
- Collaborate with other service providers
- Adhere to company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, including attendance of any required trainings
- Adaptability to changes in schedule and environment
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
- Successful completion of a background check
- Both strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
