As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Elemy in this position you will be primarily doing the following:
- Managing the initial and annual re-assessments of children in your caseload
- Implementing treatment plans for the family and insurance companies
- Providing supervision of RBTs while present
- Provide parent training sessions
- Create timely documentation with the necessary information to support procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
- Communication with treatment team and clients in accordance with industry standards
- Insure computer access confidentially following HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate use of social media
- Coordinate with other service providers
- Adhere to company policies and practices for BCBA contractors, including participating in any required trainings
- Be adaptable to changes in schedule and environment
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Be willing to travel as needed
