This BCBA position at Elemy allows you to use a diverse skill set where your responsibilities include the following:
- Perform assessments of children in caseload, both initial and annual re-assessments
- Create treatment plans for the family and insurance companies
- Case supervision of RBTs while present
- Provide parent training sessions when necessary
- Complete timely documentation of information that supports procurement of insurance authorizations and on going claims submission
- Coordinate with treatments team and communicate with clients in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain confidential computer access standards following HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate use of social media
- Collaborate with other service providers
- Adhere company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, including attending in any required trainings
- Adapt to changes in schedule and environment
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Willing to travel as needed
