This position as a BCBA includes the following job responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments with annual re-assessments of children in your caseload
- Create treatment plans for the family and insurance companies
- Case supervision of RBTs while present
- Provide parent training sessions
- Timely creation of case documentation and provide necessary information to support procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
- Communicate with treatment team and clients in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain computer access confidentially following HIPAA guidelines, with appropriate use of social media
- Coordinate with service providers
- Insure the meeting of company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, including participating in any required trainings
- Adapt to changes in schedule and environment
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Be able to travel as needed
