As a BCBA with Elemy your responsibilities will include the following:
- Perform initial assessments of children on caseload and annual re-assessments when needed
- Create treatment plans that meet both the family needs and insurance companies requirements
- Provide RBTs with case supervision
- Provide parent training sessions
- Timely documentation that provides necessary information to support procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
- Communication with treatment team and clients in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain computer access confidentially following HIPAA guidelines (with appropriate use of social media)
- Coordinate with other service providers
- Adhere to company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, this includes participating in any required trainings
- Ability to adapt to changes in schedule and environment
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Valid BCBA Certification
- License to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
- Written and oral communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Ability to travel when required
