For this BCBA job with Elemy you will have multiple responsibilities that include the following:
- Perform initial assessment and conduct annual re-assessments of children in caseload
- Work to develop treatment plans for the family needs and insurance companies requirements
- Case supervision of RBTs while present
- Conduct parent training sessions
- Provide timely documentation and necessary information that supports procurement of insurance authorizations and claims submission
- Communication with clients and other treatment teams in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain computer access confidentially following HIPAA requirements and guidelines, including use of social media
- Collaborate with other service providers
- Adhere company policites and practices for BCBA contractors, which includes participating in any required training
- Adaptablility to changes in environment and schedule when necessary
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current and valid BCBA Certification
- License to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
- Oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Willing to travel as needed
