This BCBA position at Elemy will include the following job responsibilities but is not limited to these only:
- Conduct child assessment both initial and annual re-assessments
- Create treatment plans that meet family needs and insurance companies requirements
- Provide RBTs case supervision while present
- Perform parent training sessions
- Complete documentation in a timely manner that provides necessary information, and supports insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
- Provide on going communication to treatment team and clients following industry standards
- Utilize confidential computer access following HIPAA guidelines, with sensitivity to appropriate use of social media
- Collaborate with other service providers
- Adhere to practices and policies of the company for BCBA contractors, which includes required training
- Be able to changes in schedule and environment
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Applicable license to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
- Have both strong oral and written communication skills
- Submitting to a background check
- Ability to travel when necessary
