This part-time BCBA position allow the use a diverse skill set to serve our clients.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Conduct assessment, both initial and annual re-assessments of children on caseload
- Develop treatment plans that meet the family needs and insurance company requirements
- Provide case supervision of RBTs while present
- Conduct parent training sessions as necessary
- Complete timely documentation with the necessary information to support procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
- Provide communication to clients and treatment teams in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain confidential computer access that follows HIPAA guidelines, including use of social media
- Coordinate with other service providers
- Adhere to company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, including required training
- Adapt to changes in environment and schedule
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current BCBA Certification
- Licenses to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Completion of a background check
- Ability to travel as needed
