This position involves multiple skills for a BCBA to use in performance of their services to our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide and conduct initial assessments and annual re-assessments of children in caseload
- Creation of treatment plans that meet the needs of the family and insurance companies
- Provide supervision of RBTs while present
- Prepare and conduct parent training sessions as needed
- Complete timely documentation with the necessary information to support procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission
- Communication with treatment team and clients in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain appropriate computer access confidentially by following HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate use of social media
- Interface with other service providers
- Know and adhere to company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, which includes participating in any required training
- Demonstrate adaptability and positive attitude to changes in schedule and environment
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
- Current BCBA Certification
- License to practice within the state hired
- Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
- Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
- Minimum 1 year experience providing supervision, caregiver training, and conducting assessments via Telehealth
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Successful completion of a background check
- Willing to travel as needed
