Job Description: We're seeking an organized and dedicated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator focusing on medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs. As the Program Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in overseeing the coordination and implementation of MAT programs across the United States. This role is remote, offering flexibility to work from anywhere within the USA. Responsibilities: Collaborate with healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations to facilitate the coordination and execution of MAT programs. Manage program logistics, including scheduling appointments, coordinating medication distribution, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Work closely with internal teams to devise and execute strategies for enhancing and expanding programs. Provide guidance and support to program participants, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to medication-assisted treatment. Gather and analyze data to assess program outcomes and effectiveness, providing insights for ongoing enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, or a related field. Previous experience in healthcare or community-based organizations, with a focus on substance use disorder treatment preferred. Familiarity with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) principles and practices. Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
