Looking for a RBT who will team with experts and implement best practice child-specific ABA programs, analyze data, and track client progress for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Setup of incidental learning opportunities
- Keeping the child engaged in sessions
- Teaching appropriate play and social skills
- Reinforcement of desired behaviors
- Work with other team members to serve client and family
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- An individual that loves working with children 10 and under
- Preferred experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Time management, observation, and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and implement new skills, as well as the ability to work on a team
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Reliable transportation is required
