Job Description
As a Regional BCBA you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing clinical support and oversight of operations within your region
- Oversight of BCBAs in various centers, including consultations on performance, evaluation of program progress, and providing clinical reviews when needed
- Review and approved planned transitions/discharges of patients within region.
- Ensure BCBAs completion of effective, evidence-based individualized treatment plans, behavior support plans and assessments through regular observations of kids in center setting
- Review and approve planned transitions/discharges of patients within region.
- Complete QA audits as indicated by Hopebridge Policies and Procedures
- Evaluate BCBAs clinical performance using procedural integrity documentation, provide feedback and necessary training, and communicate concerns to Director of ABA, Center Manager, and Regional Center Manager as appropriate.
- Coordinates with BCBAs to ensure proper supervision for BAF student
- Coordinates with BCBAs to ensure proper supervision for BAF student
- Hiring of BCBAs and clinical leadership positions within Region
- Assist the Director of ABA with project creation and management for the ABA Department
- Provide necessary support for on-boarding training for new BCBAs and clinical leadership positions within Region
- Provide supervision to RBTs and/or other billable services such as consultation, initial evaluations, direct therapy) as caseload increases or decreases, covering vacation or unforeseen clinical vacancies.
- Maintain current knowledge of new research, current trends and developments related to autism, special education and related fields
- Communicate knowledge in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to professionals and non-professionals
- Successful completion and maintenance of the Hopebridge preferred physical management training program
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB
- Three years experience working as a BCBA with children with autism spectrum disorders
- Maintain a negative Tuberculosis screening according to the CDC
- Obtain and possess and maintain current CPR/First Aid certification and re-certification every 2 years
- Ability to travel up to 80%, sometimes overnight required
- Maintain a clear criminal record
Preferred Experience
- Experience in supervision of professionals and non-professionals in the ABA field
- Experience with both Medicaid and private-insurance patients preferred

Physical Demands:
This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
There may be a requirement of occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting, pulling/pushing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching above the shoulder.
Employees should be physically able to perform the essential functions. May need to lift pediatric population at times (up to 50 lbs).
Work Environment:
Work will be performed in an office and clinical environment. Work may be stressful at times due to the center environment with patients. Interaction with others is constant and interruptive.
